Dr. Coons is a wonderful dentist. I highly recommend him. He listens to you and seems to really care about you. He is very knowledgeable and explains things well about procedures that need to be done. His hygienist, Kaci who cleans my teeth is also excellent! Great office staff too!

Dr. Coons is a caring and compassionate dentist. He listens. In my case, which is a bit complicated, I feel he's taken a personal interest, has guided me and has taken an active involvement in helping me find solutions for my dental issues, as well as the extra time he's taken with my oral surgeon to help solve my dental issues. (I'm sure he is the same with his other patients as well!) His staff, from the hygienists (2 cleanings so far, awesome job) to his assistants, are all very professional, yet also so friendly and caring. I just had a crown replacement procedure done and also had my teeth cleaned a couple of weeks ago. I have to say that the entire staff at Atascadero Family Dentistry has been stellar. They really care and are excellent at what they do. I love my hygienist and Dr. Coons did a great job on my crown. He did all the work in one sitting. When I discovered a chipped molar and called the office they had me come in the next day. They immediately alleviated my stress by listening to my concerns and giving me the support I needed.
